My patient’s well-being, safety are of the upmost importance to me. I am a doctoral prepared, dual board-certified psychiatric mental health and primary care nurse practitioner. I provide a holistic approach that centered around medication management, emotional and spiritual well-being. I manage adolescents and adults with ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, mood disorder by providing the necessary tools to help overcome and manage psychiatric symptoms and stressors.

My approach is collaborative and patient-centered to help clients achieve their goals. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and life coaching to empower my clients to be their best self.
