Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 32 years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping adolescents, adults, and families feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and stress. My approach is warm, compassionate, and personalized, and I also incorporate neurobiofeedback to support emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is personalized, supportive, and centered around you—your goals, your story, and what works best for you. Whether you need structure and accountability, a safe space to talk and feel heard, or practical tools for managing anxiety, stress, relationships, and life’s challenges, we’ll work together at your pace. I draw from CBT, solution-focused therapy, family dynamics, and other evidence-based approaches, while also incorporating neurofeedback when appropriate to support emotional regulation, focus, and overall well-being. I keep therapy real, relatable, and free of complicated jargon, blending strategies to create an approach that feels natural rather than one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help you feel understood, build practical skills, and let go of what’s weighing you down—with compassion, honesty, and even a few laughs along the way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you would like to change, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together, we’ll begin identifying realistic goals and the areas you’d like to focus on. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
