A bit about my approach to therapy

John utilizes an existential-humanistic approach to counseling that is affirming and non-judgmental. He will work with you to deeply explore the roots of your depression, anxiety, or relationship issues in a safe environment.

As clients develop more self-awareness, they can expect to develop a greater sense of self-control, self-confidence, identity, meaning/purpose in life, healthy connection with others, social skills, and coping skills.
