Great to meet you!

I am an ABCSW Board Certified expert psychotherapist licensed in multiple states, EMDR trauma treatment specialist, and NYU affiliated researcher with 17 years of experience helping people live happier and healthier lives. I have successfully assisted a diverse spectrum of clients heal the traumatic wounds of the past and unlock the limitless potential of the future.

My approach to therapy

My style is relaxed and conversational. I want our meetings to be a safe space for you to heal, learn, and grow. There should also be opportunities for humor and joy in our work together as a necessary ingredient for a healthy rapport in service of achieving your therapeutic goals. In addition to EMDR, I am proud to offer attachment and trauma-informed therapies with the strongest scientific evidence base for treatment efficacy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

What you can expect from me

As a New York University research fellow in Primary & Behavioral Health Care Integration, I promote the whole-person approach to therapy because mental and physical health are interrelated. You and I will create a personalized treatment plan to meet your unique integrated wellness needs. Contact me to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to meeting you!
