Great to meet you!

All behavior is based on brain health and past experiences. John Arnold has been in the mental health field for almost 10 years, and has been providing individually tailored support for each of his clients to endorse support and treatment that acknowledges the complexity of life and its challenges. John believes in providing the best possible experience and results to his clients, so that by the time they are done with him, they feel confident in tackling the complexities of life.

My approach to therapy

John Arnold is schooled in a variety of therapeutic pedagogies. John uses a mixture of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused techniques to support his clients as they process their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors surrounding past incidents. John also offers a warm, non-judgmental atmosphere at his office so that he can fully and clearly listen to his clients. Finally, John is on top of the latest neuroscience, so he can offer simple, practical steps to find immediate short-term relief and progress.
