Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're feeling stuck, facing personal struggles, or seeking clarity, I believe investing in yourself can lead to powerful transformation. My goal is to help you discover your resilience, find hope, and move forward with confidence and purpose. I am experienced in working with individuals of all ages, including young children and older adults. My desire is to help individuals to discover their resilience to navigate through the challenges of life.

My approach to therapy

I provide individual therapy, family counseling, group therapy, school-based services, pre-marital counseling, etc. With experience as a counselor, in spiritual and ministry settings, and leadership, I blend evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT with a holistic approach. I also utilize person-centered, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from me

As a counselor, my desire is to simply meet you where you are and help you rise from the ashes of your past hurts and disappointments, to become a more empowered, self-aware, and stronger version of yourself. As humans, we are more resilient than we give ourselves credit for and my hope is to help you achieve your personal life goals and purpose.
