Great to meet you!

I'm pleased to introduce myself as your potential therapist. I am a LCSW. I completed my Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Memphis in 2015. I have worked in various treatment settings: outpatient, community, residential, and now Telehealth. There are a wide variety of diagnoses and issues I've worked with including Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar, ADHD, stress & anger management, and substance abuse problems.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is non-judgemental, empathetic, and compassionate. I use a holistic approach to help clients identify their strengths to help manage a balance of self-care, mindfulness, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are assessment-based, identifying pertinent and concerning issues, getting to know the client, and building rapport. Focusing on interpersonal aspects, family dynamics, job / school, relationships; identifying positive strengths, and realistic, achievable goals.
