Great to meet you!

Integrating spirituality and psychotherapy, I work with individuals, couples and families to gain insight and effect positive change. I obtained my Doctor of Ministry degree at Andover Newton Seminary at Yale and advanced clinical and theoretical training at the Blanton-Peale Institute, a three year, full time residency. I am a Clinical Member in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to a therapy process that promotes self-discovery and growth in a safe and supportive environment. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal approaches to reduce negative thinking and evaluate your decision-making.

What you can expect from me

I listen carefully to get a sense of who you are. We work together to understand your feelings, beliefs and the patterns of your life. We explore new and creative ways to reach your goals and develop a deeper connection to your self and sense of purpose.
