Great to meet you!

I deeply believe in every individual's potential to grow, change, and solve problems. Using several approaches to tailor therapy to each client, we work together to achieve more self-compassion, awareness, and understanding.

My approach to therapy

This team effort is applied to best cultivate the most effective and efficient ways to reach all goals.

What you can expect from me

Cognitive as well as Dialectical-Behavioral therapy, paired with mindfulness techniques are used to explore the ways in which thoughts affect feelings, which directly affects actions taken.

I treat a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addictions, identity, sexuality, and trauma, to name a few. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQIA community, some "out," others not; some "still figuring it out;" some religious/spiritual, others not. I'll meet you where you are.
