Great to meet you!

Hello, Im john

Are you struggling or confused, does the rate of change in the world have you wondering how you will be able to keep up. Do you feel inadequate, isolated, addicted or not living to your full potential, I don’t have all the answers, and no one does. What I do have is 15 years of experience supporting change. I’m compassionate and honest, and along with your desire for change, i can reflect a mirror at you from a different perspective to adjust your trajectory.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We will begin with pairing with each other and establishing rapport and then some psychoeducation and some learning for you to explore some basic concepts of theories and then we identify goals and objective to work on together. You will be armed with some great tools and understanding on how the mind and body are connected and finally you will have a detailed guide for the challenges you will face in the future.

What you can expect from our first session

I use a strength based perspective identifying how to use your strengths to attack your deficits and incorporate cognitive behavior therapy , interpersonal therapy and motivational Interviewing techniques to empower you to improve your trajectory.
