Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is John. I am a warm, welcoming therapist who believes that healing happens best in a space where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself-humor included. I earned my Master's degree in 2016 and bring over ten years of experience working in the Mental Health/Counseling field. I am trained in trauma-informed care and prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment in our work together, moving at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create an environment that is supportive, down to earth, and affirming, especially for individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, blending genuine connection with practical tools to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. I allow you to take the driver seat for fulfilling your inner aspirations in this ride called life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be all about you and your goals. I will work with you to navigate complex family dynamics and work with you to identify individual/relational challenges that are no longer serving you. The journey towards a healthier and more peaceful life begins with our very first session.
