Treatment looks different for everyone, so I am trained and utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy to help you achieve your goals. When we initially meet we will develop a treatment plan and identify the intervention(s) that are most appropriate for you.
