Great to meet you!

If you are struggling with OCD, anxiety, or depression, you may feel trapped in exhausting cycles that are hard to change on your own. I understand how overwhelming that can be. I have an M.S. in Clinical Counseling from Valdosta State University and more than 10 years of experience at Rogers Behavioral Health. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention, Behavioral Activation, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I will help you better understand how anxiety and depression operate in your mind and body so we can start shifting the patterns that keep you feeling stuck. My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted in evidence based care. Using ERP, Behavioral Activation, ACT, and related tools, we will focus on meaningful day to day changes that can ease symptoms, build confidence, and help you feel more in control over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to learn how your symptoms affect your daily life and help you start coping more effectively right away. Together, we will explore what may be getting in the way, clarify what kind of support feels most helpful, and set clear, realistic goals. From there, we will create a personalized plan that feels manageable, supportive, and aligned with where you are right now, so you do not have to navigate this alone.
