Great to meet you!

I’m a behaviorist who worked many years in speech and behavior with Autistic children in both the home and school settings. I’ve worked in a high level of care with adolescent boys, as well as a psychiatric facility with adults and children. I’ve coached my now college aged boys in several team sports. I’ve been married for 22 years- I’ve had a lot of experiences in life and have a good understanding of how difficult things are and can be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is a CBT, DBT, and strength based where we explore their experiences and understanding of the behaviors that cause distress looking at the perspective of the client.

What you can expect from me

In the first session clients can expect an opportunity to share about the struggles they are going through while exploring their experiences that come up for them looking for understanding.
