Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist in Texas and Tennessee, passionate about guiding clients through life’s toughest challenges. After graduating, I taught as an adjunct professor while earning my licensure, then dove into high-impact work at UTMB-CMC in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). There, I honed my skills treating severe mental illnesses like psychosis, personality disorders, and mood disorders—experiences that shaped my empathetic, resilient approach. In 2017, I shifted to private practice to champion preventative care with dynamic therapies like ACT, DBT, DBT-C, and RO-DBT. Join me in-person or virtually in Texas, or online-only in Tennessee—let’s build your path to wellness together!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is meeting you exactly where you are in life—offering a compassionate ear that truly grasps mental health’s complexities. In a world where honest feedback is rare, I deliver it thoughtfully, ensuring it lands and empowers real change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is therapy that feels natural, not formal. We’ll dive into your concerns, tailor approaches, set clear goals, and target key behaviors. From our first session, it’s a true partnership—empowering you with confidence and strategies to grow through life’s hurdles.
