I am a licensed counselor who has worked in the field over 20 years. I have worked with people on all manor of concerns, but I enjoy working with individuals who are looking for direction and purpose in their lives. I also enjoy working with couples and individuals on how to build the healthy relationship through learning communication and acceptance skills.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral, Client Centered approaches along with Motivational Interviewing skills to provide a more rounded experience for clients depending on what works best for them.

Clients can expect a safe nonjudgemental space to process their thoughts and emotions as well as discuss psychoeducation on the various issues discussed in counseling.
