I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Certified Case Manager ( CCM) with over 15 years of combined nursing experience in behavioral health, case management, dialysis, and nephrology. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management, supportive therapy, and objective ADHD testing; insurance coverage varies by plan.

I provide psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, insomnia, PTSD, ADHD, and mood disorders through medication management and supportive therapy. Sessions are practical and focused on improving daily life. When clinically appropriate, I can provide an evaluation and documentations for FMLA, medical leave, or short-term disability.
