Great to meet you!

I work with young to middle-age adults who are dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of traumatic stress. Many of my clients struggle with flashbacks, night terrors, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, feeling triggered, or getting stuck in thoughts they cannot seem to quiet. Some are also coping through substance use, emotional shutdown, or relationship difficulties and want a healthier way forward.

I have 32 years of experience supporting trauma survivors, including first responders, veterans, relationships, martial and premarital counseling and adults recovering from abuse.

My approach to therapy

Together, we focus on helping you feel safer in your mind and body, build better coping skills, and move toward real relief from traumatic stress. I help clients work through PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma-related substance use while rebuilding a stronger sense of self, emotional steadiness, and trust in relationships + maritial and pre-marital support.

My approach is grounded, supportive, and focused on real healing. I work collaboratively with clients to create change that feels practical, meaningful, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk through what has been happening, what feels hardest right now, and how trauma may be showing up in your daily life, sleep, relationships, or coping patterns. We’ll begin identifying the main triggers and challenges you want to address, and what healing would look like for you.

My goal is for the first session to feel clear, supportive, and useful, with a better sense of direction for the work ahead.
