Great to meet you!

In a perfect world, you wouldn't need to be looking for a therapist - but here we are. I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and I've been working in the mental health field for ten years. I graduated from Simmons College in 2017 and am currently licensed in Massachusetts and Vermont. I help people of all ages and identities make the changes they need in their lives to be happier.

My approach to therapy

I'm passionate about working with people who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, behavior, or past experiences. I want to help you look at yourself from a nonjudgmental, patient, and curious perspective.

Habits I have helped people change include negative thinking, how you act and feel in relationships, how you respond to stress, and addictive behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Typically during the first meeting, we'll talk about background information and what exactly brings you to therapy. We'll discuss what works for you, what doesn't work for you, and what to expect from therapy. We'll come up with an initial plan together and go from there.
