Great to meet you!

I earned my MSW from Eastern Washington University and have spent the past eight years working as a therapist and supervisor. I also founded my private practice two years ago. My work has focused on clients experiencing neurodivergence, ADHD, and OCD.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, flexible, and tailored to each client.

I use CBT to address unhelpful thoughts like catastrophizing and self-blame, and CBT+ trauma therapy to reduce PTSD and other trauma-related symptoms.

I work with children and parents to improve communication and understanding of impulse-control challenges related to ADHD and OCD. I also help families understand autism symptoms and build supportive routines.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace. I focus on building trust while offering supportive accountability for progress. Our work is collaborative, and I guide your journey with confidence and compassion.
