Great to meet you!

There is a difference between surviving what you have been through and actually getting to live your life again. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the weight that many men carry quietly for years without naming it. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring the same care and directness to both.

My approach to therapy

What matters most to me is not the approach, but genuinely getting to know who you are, what you are hoping for, and how I can walk alongside you. I take your healing seriously, and I also hold onto something most people do not expect: we work to reconnect you with fun, joy, and the everyday moments that make life feel lighter and more fulfilling. For people carrying trauma or chronic stress, that reconnection is not a bonus. It is part of the work. I tend to work well with people who are ready to do something different, even if they are not sure yet what that looks like.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for me to hear your story — your hopes, your dreams, and what feels like it is standing in the way. I will also share practical tools you can start using right after we meet, so you leave with something concrete from day one. If you are ready to take a step toward change, I would be honored to be part of your journey.
