Great to meet you!

My ideal client is between the ages of 3 and 99. I am looking for anyone that is wanting help. Someone who is experiencing symptoms which hinder their ability to function how they want to function. Someone who is willing to put in the work to get the help they need.

My approach to therapy

My expertise has given me experience working with many different age groups. I am driven by the behavioral modalities, but believe that the best way to help the client is by changing both the thoughts and behaviors from the symptoms being presented. I also offer support in areas outside of counseling.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is uncomfortable. Change is uncomfortable, but you don't have to do it alone. I am not here to force you to change, but together we can discuss what change would look like and how it could benefit you to take the steps to becoming a better you.
