Hi! My name is John and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with my diagnostic privilege. I have experience working with adults and adolescents in acute care. In this setting I have work with a plethora of mental health diagnoses and helped clients with a variety of challenges. I am here to help you have the life you have always wanted and to help you identify your inner strengths, grow autonomy, and live a happier and healthier life. I look forward to taking the journey of healing with you.

My approach to therapy is client-centered with influence of DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing.
