Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and you don’t have to navigate things alone. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused. As a current school-based mental health clinician, I have experience working with elementary through college-age youth across a variety of emotional, behavioral, academic, and life challenges. My primary focus is supporting adolescents as they navigate emotions, relationships, school stress, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I believe every person’s story matters, and I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and work toward growth, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and down to earth. My style is warm and collaborative, adapting to your needs - whether offering practical tools, creating space to process, or helping you take manageable steps forward. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and strengths based strategies.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. I'll ask about your goals, challenges, and what matters most to you, and we'll explore ways to move forward. I make sure you feel comfortable, answer questions, and create a safe, judgment-free space from the beginning.
