Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is John, and I care about you. You matter. Your struggles are unique to you. I am the safe place to start to talk about, uncover, and unpack the things that affect you and your life.

My journey as a therapist and experience includes working with individuals from all walks of life at different stages of their lives from seniors, to homeless, to people with severe mental health struggles, as a grief counselor, and finally with families as the 'Family Therapist' for an agency.

My approach to therapy

I have a profound propensity to develop compassionate and empathic bonds with those I have been lucky enough to companion through the inevitable pitfalls of our imperfect worlds. I use an eclectic approach to meet my client's individual needs. I specialize in working with families and I process trauma.

What you can expect from me

Client's will know that I genuinely care about them. I will be the empathetic ear they can express anything too without fear of judgement or condemnation and the one to challenge you gently when we all need that nudge. We will work together on the goals you set for our time together.
