Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, angry, anxious, or unsure how to move forward? You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Connecticut who works with children, teens, and adults ages 8–60, with a particular focus on adolescents and young adults. As a full-time clinician, I help you navigate life’s challenges while building practical skills that can create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported—not judged. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, mindfulness, anger management, client-centered therapy, and non-reactive parenting strategies based on what you need. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s happening, strengthen your coping skills, and help you respond to challenges with greater confidence and control.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brought you to therapy, and identifying what you want to be different. You’ll have space to share at your own pace while we begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about your goals and create a path forward that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to you.
