Great to meet you!

Congratulations! It takes courage to engage in the counseling process... we can build upon that sturdy foundation. I've been practicing for over 20 years, and have been privileged to witness clients make remarkable strides towards authoring more meaningful lives. The human capacity to endure and overcome is amazing - we just sometimes need a little help seeing the magic already inside of us.

My approach to therapy

My approaches vary depending on client needs and strengths, but I favor mindful approaches to overcoming challenges, creating new belief systems, and producing more productive life strategies. We'll figure it out, together!

What you can expect from me

In my opinion, the counseling process is best when it is empowering, focused, and intentional... even while allowing for change along the way. That is, I feel a healthy sense of urgency to be very helpful, very quickly. This usually includes decreasing symptoms while improving wellness. I'm extremely confident in the human capacity to evolve, and my hope is to set the conditions needed for clients to enjoy persistent progress towards their clinical goals.
