Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or caught in cycles of substance use? I help adults navigate addiction, anxiety, and depression while reconnecting with purpose, faith, and spiritual grounding. Whether you’re early in recovery, returning after relapse, or feeling disconnected from God, yourself, or others, therapy can help you move forward with clarity and hope. My work is shaped by both clinical training and my own personal recovery journey. I understand firsthand the challenges of recovery and believe true healing goes beyond symptom management. For many people, recovery involves spiritual growth.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy using CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I intentionally integrate Christian values and 12-step principles when desired, including reliance on God, spiritual disciplines, accountability, forgiveness, and living with intention.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you’ll find a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We’ll set clear goals, develop practical tools, and work at a pace that feels right for you. My clients often say they appreciate my balance of warmth, empathy, transparency, and direct guidance.
