Great to meet you!

I work with adults of diverse cultural identities in addressing a wide range of concerns. I treat anxiety, grief, adjustment issues, life transitions, career concerns, depression, stress, relationship problems, social anxiety, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I am also experienced in treating substance abuse disorders through my previous work as a substance abuse counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Oftentimes in life we find ourselves stuck and uncertain how to move forward. Whether it's anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, difficulties with a life transition, or another issue, I aim to help each person I work with identify what's holding them back and explore ways to generate momentum toward a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from our first session

My approach to therapy has been described as warm and gentle. When applicable, you may receive goals and tasks to complete outside of session to bolster our work together.
