Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Founder of NorthBridge Consultation & Counseling (northbridgecare.com). I work with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, and deeper internal struggles often while appearing “fine” on the outside. I frequently work with high-functioning individuals and professionals who are used to performing at a high level, yet feel the weight of that pressure internally whether that shows up as stress, burnout, anxiety, or a sense of disconnection.

If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is both grounded and relational. I use evidence-based practices like EMDR, ACT, and trauma-informed care, but what matters most is the quality of the space we create together. Therapy with me isn’t rushed or surface level it’s intentional, collaborative, and focused on helping you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Whether you’re working through trauma, navigating stress, or feeling the strain of maintaining a high level of performance over time, we’ll approach it together at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you’re not judged or analyzed from a distance, but genuinely met where you are. At times, that may mean slowing things down and processing what hasn’t had space before. At other times, it may mean working through patterns, building practical tools, or gaining clarity about where you want to go next.
