Great to meet you!

I provide empathic, compassionate care in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and respected. My goal is to offer therapy you can trust—an environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, challenges, and goals while receiving understanding and supportive guidance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe healing begins when individuals feel heard, respected, and understood.

In our work together, I focus on helping clients gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and build the skills needed to navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, and personal growth. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while encouraging self-awareness, resilience, and lasting change.

My goal is to walk alongside clients in their journey, providing guidance, support, and encouragement as they move toward greater balance, healing, and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental conversation. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns, experiences, and what has brought you to therapy.

During our first meeting, we will talk about your current challenges, personal history, and the goals you would like to work toward in therapy. I will also answer any questions you may have about the process and discuss how we can work together to support your growth and well-being.

By the end of the session, we will begin identifying clear goals and outlining a path forward that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
