Great to meet you!

If you've been carrying depression , anxiety, trauma, or a quiet sense that something needs to change, you've come to the right place. I'm John , an LCSW with over 10 years of experience helping individuals rebuild resilience through a space built on trust, empathy, and genuine collaboration. I believe the desire to do something about the problem is where real change starts, and I'm here to walk that path with you. My telehealth schedule is flexible because your life is busy. Let's talk

My approach to therapy

Sessions are collaborative from day one. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to recognize and shift through patterns, Motivational Interviewing to explore what change means for you, and Trauma -Focused CBT when past experiences are part of the picture. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy helps us build on what already works in your life, while a Strength-Based lens keeps the focus on your capacity, not just your struggles. You 'II have each session with something concrete, not just talked out

What you can expect from me

Our First session is a conversation, not an intake. I'II invite you to share what brought you here in your own words. I'II listen closely, reflect back what I'm hearing, and begin building a clear picture of your goals together. You won't be rushed. By the end of that first hour, most clients feel heard for the first time in a while, less alone in what they're carrying, and genuinely hopeful that something can shift
