Great to meet you!

I began serving others from a young age in a variety of settings and continued this work into adulthood. I began my journey in providing psychotherapy during my undergraduate career, leading mission trips to various countries and serving the needy and underserved. I graduated with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Crisis and Trauma Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I provide evidenced-based psychotherapy from a number of different theories, including CBT, exposure therapy, ACT, child-centered play therapy, hypnosis, among others.

What you can expect from me

Client's can expect to create measurable goals for their time in therapy with the understanding that therapy is an evolving process. I measure progress in 4 areas, overall mood, performance/functioning, therapeutic skills, and gaining insight and understanding of yourself and your problems. I am constantly seeking to provide the best services to my clients and take frequent feedback to improve my practice.
