Great to meet you!

Is your marriage caught in "silent survival"—sharing a roof but living separate lives? From the outside, your life looks successful, but inside you are navigating the weight of hidden habits, broken trust, or the exhausting mental load of a neurodiverse relationship. If you are walking on eggshells and waiting for the next crisis, I specialize in the "complex stuff" others miss. I help couples and individuals move from survival mode into a healthy, lasting legacy.

Specialized Expertise I specifically integrate a deep understanding of addiction treatment, ADHD and Autism into my marriage work. I help partners translate their communication differences into strengths rather than sources of conflict. Whether you are navigating addiction recovery or neurodiverse strain, we focus on stabilizing your present while creating a clear path for your future.

Next Steps As a husband and father of four, I believe restoration is always possible. My background from Western Seminary allows me to offer faith-sensitive care for those who value it, but I welcome people from all walks of life. I offer a free 10-minute consultation to ensure we’re the right fit. Reach out today with a direct message on headway and let’s start restoring what’s been lost.

My approach to therapy

My Approach: Active & Results-Oriented I don’t believe in just sitting and nodding. With 25 years of experience in clinical practice and wilderness programs, I provide a grounded, direct space for change. We will work together to build the emotional intelligence and relational clarity needed to stop the "blame game." I am fearless in helping you face difficult truths to restore the foundation of your home.

What you can expect from me

Build Trust: Our first session is about moving from "crisis mode" to a concrete plan. I am a solution-focused and integrative therapist; I believe sessions should be the catalyst for real-world change, not just a place to vent.

We will spend our time identifying the specific areas where you feel stuck and exploring the path toward the restoration you desire. My approach is active: while we do the deep work in the session, you will be "fleshing out" relational strategies at home in real-time.

The Timeline: My goal is to help you reach stability as quickly as possible. Generally, it takes 5–7 sessions to establish a solid foundation of relational principles. From there, your growth journey will take as long as you need, but we will always work with the end goal in mind. If you’re ready to stop the cycle and start building a healthy legacy, let's begin.
