Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Professional Clinical Supervisor (CPCS) with over a decade of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology and have built my career serving individuals navigating trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and high-pressure environments.

In addition to providing therapy, I serve as CEO of Success Brand Behavioral Health, where I lead a team of clinicians and continue to provide direct care. I’ve also worked extensively with youth and families involved in foster care and the juvenile justice system and currently teach graduate counseling students as an adjunct professor.

What this means for you: you’re working with a clinician who understands both complex clinical presentations and real-world stress. I’m structured, experienced, and deeply committed to helping clients move from insight to action.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and goal-oriented.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and attachment-based strategies. This allows us to:

  • Reduce anxiety and overthinking
  • Address depression and low motivation
  • Process trauma safely and effectively
  • Repair trust after infidelity
  • Improve communication in couples counseling
  • Strengthen emotional regulation and stress management

I believe therapy should create measurable progress. We will identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical tools you can apply immediately in your daily life.

Whether you’re dealing with high-functioning anxiety, relationship strain, unresolved trauma, or burnout from leadership roles, we work toward sustainable change — not surface-level fixes.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is structured, focused, and collaborative.

We’ll clarify:

  • What’s bringing you in now
  • What patterns are repeating
  • What you want to see change
  • What success in therapy would look like

You can expect thoughtful questions, clear direction, and initial coping strategies you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood — but also confident that there is a clear plan forward.

If you’re ready to move from insight to action, I’m ready to work with you.
