Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a nursing career in psychiatry that spans over a decade. I have experience serving a diverse patient population in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.

I grew up in NYC and I received my Master's Degree in Nursing from University of Rochester.

My approach to therapy

My treatment philosophy is patient-centered and evidence-based. I offer medication management service in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment.

What you can expect from me

I foster a warm, respectful, and safe environment while allowing you to feel heard. After we discuss your symptoms, we will look to identify your strengths as well as your treatment goals, then engage in a collaborative, shared-decision making process regarding your treatment.

I have a passion for working with people who are seeking guidance with depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, anger, perfectionism, managing stress, as well as ADHD. I am also bilingual in Korean, and have a special interest in working with Asian-Americans.
