Hello, I’m John (JT)! With a background in Clinical Social Work and Theological Studies, I bring over five years of full-time experience helping people manage anxiety, stress, depression, and identity struggles. I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and a path that feels true to you.
I use a mix of CBT/DBT with psychodynamic practices that help form a plan along side you to bring out the changes your looking for! I strive to create an open, empathetic space.
