Great to meet you!

I believe that for us to keep what we have, we must share it with others. In this, it will be an honor and a privilege to walk this therapeutic journey with you. I have worked within the mental health field for nearly two decades and have journeyed with individuals young and old, families, and groups through various types of challenges including relationship dynamics, grief/loss, crises, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. In this, I have found that identifying barriers, identifying the problem, that does not always come easy. Saying, "I need help," does not mean that anything is wrong with you. Instead, you are taking a step to living a more fulfilling life. Thanks for considering me to walk the next leg of your journey with you.

My approach to therapy

While I lean towards being solution oriented, I believe that solutions are custom created and must fit your unique situation. Experiential and somatic therapies will enable you to understand and process your life situation in order to find that custom fit and to direct your future. You possess the solution. Therapy is a process of finding it within yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, you can expect an environment that is safe and private in order for you to lean in to what you are trying to find for yourself. I will ask you about your past; I will inquire about what is ailing you in the present. I will definitely ask you about your future. Lets set some measurable goals to get you that place when you are ready. You may already have goals. I would like to know all about them.
