Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who works with individuals, couples, and teens (14+) who are seeking deeper connection in their relationships and a greater sense of peace within themselves. My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment-based practices, which help uncover what’s happening beneath the surface when we feel stuck or disconnected. I bring both professional experience and personal growth into my work, and I value creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel understood and supported. My faith informs my values of hope, healing, and connection, though I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe real change happens when we slow things down and get curious about what’s happening inside. When emotions or old patterns are triggered, I help clients notice their feelings, explore the beliefs behind them, and create new ways of responding. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative—I work alongside clients rather than telling them what to do. I also pay close attention to the safety and pace of the process so that therapy feels validating and manageable, not overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves and their emotions, which leads to better communication, stronger relationships, and reduced anxiety and depression. My goal is for you to feel more connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most.
