Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist and provide telepsychiatry to patients throughout Arizona. I have significant experience working with the full range of mental health challenges, especially depression, anxiety, ptsd and cptsd. I do both psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management.

My approach to therapy

When I work with someone new, my goal is to understand your full journey—where you’ve been, where you are now, and where you’d like to go. I don’t want to simply treat or put a bandage on the symptoms that prompted you to seek care. I also want to understand the experiences, patterns, and factors that may have contributed to those symptoms so we can work toward meaningful, lasting healing.

If you think you could use some help, please reach out. I’d be honored to meet you with respect, curiosity, and compassion. If we decide to work together, my goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that recognizes your unique history and supports the life you’re hoping to build.

What you can expect from me

A first session is normally 90 minutes long. We will go over what brought you in at this time along with a history of what you have tried in the past and what has worked and hasn't worked.
