Great to meet you!

I'm a board-certified psychiatrist and provide telepsychiatry to patients throughout Arizona, including Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Tempe, Scottsdale and statewide. I have significant experience working with the full range of mental health challenges, especially depression, anxiety, ptsd and cptsd. I do both psychotherapy and thoughtful medication management.

My approach to therapy

When I'm working with a new patient my goal is to understand your fully journey, where you have been, where you are now and where you want to go. I don't want to just fix or put a bandaid on the symptoms that prompted you to seek care but also understand what caused those symptoms in the first place so meaningful long-term healing can take place.

Wherever you are on your path, if you think you could use some help, please reach out. I'd like to meet you with respect, understanding, and if we choose to work together, thoughtful care that recognizes your unique history and process.

What you can expect from me

A first session is normally 90 minutes long. We will go over what brought you in at this time along with a history of what you have tried in the past and what has worked and hasn't worked.
