Great to meet you!

I am a Christian counselor believing in you as a client. I have over 20+ years of therapy experience, I have a Bachelor Degree in Ministry and a MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have done a great deal of education and work learning about the brain and trauma to better help you deal with these things. As a LMFT I treated many difficulties. You have choice and power to change. I hope and pray you will allow me to come alongside of you for this time to encourage and support you on this part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe in therapy as a tool to be used to help improve life's journey. Being trauma-informed leads to care, recovery and healing helping to stabilize and provide foundation for you to make better choices and handle life's difficulties.

What you can expect from me

While the first session is significant due to you becoming vulnerable, care and encouragement will be shown to you. I am willing to meet you where you are and accept that. I strive to begin giving you more options and foundationally provide truth in a loving manner.
