Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative—I focus on helping you understand what’s keeping you stuck and building the tools to move forward.

In addition to my clinical background, I bring a practical understanding of how everyday pressures—career, family, finances—affect emotional well-being. Whether you’re seeking clarity, calm, or change, I offer a grounded, supportive space to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families manage anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth—I meet you where you are and help you make sense of what’s been weighing you down.

Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck and build tools that fit your real life. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, always tailored to your needs and pace.

Therapy is a space to breathe, reflect, and rediscover your calm and confidence. You don’t have to face things alone—I’ll walk with you through each step of change. I offer telehealth and in-person sessions and accept BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare/Optum insurance plans.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope will change. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your goals, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out.

Many clients describe the first session as a relief—it’s a space where you can speak freely and finally be heard. From there, we’ll start shaping a plan together that fits your pace and comfort level. My aim is for you to leave that first meeting feeling seen, understood, and a little more hopeful about what’s possible.
