I haver a MA in Mental Health Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of NJ. My clinical experience currently includes but is not limited to counseling individuals and groups from a variety of backgrounds with depression, anxiety, identity and relational issues, spiritual conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, and addictions.
I take a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic approach in therapy. With expertise in a range of social, mental, and emotional areas, myself and Hoboken Grace Counseling Center is ready to support you.
