Great to meet you!

My work with clients is grounded in the belief that healing is personal and that each individual has the capacity to find their own path forward. Therapy is approached through mindfulness, curiosity, respect, and without judgment. A safe, supportive environment is intentionally created where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.

With over ten years of experience, I have worked with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, & substance use. I value autonomy & self-sufficiency, viewing therapy as a collaborative process in which the therapist serves as a guide rather than an authority. My role is to support you as you clarify your values & deepen your awareness.

I became a therapist through my own personal struggles and the meaningful impact that therapy had on my life. In many ways, this work is an extension of gratitude, offering others the same support, understanding, and hope that was once offered to me. I'm available for telehealth appointments. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I am an EMDR trained therapist. My approach is tailored to each client's needs, and I most often draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, relational, and existential therapies. During our sessions, we'll work collaboratively to help you make informed decisions and create meaningful, lasting change. I also emphasize identifying and building on your strengths as a foundation for growth.

What you can expect from me

Generally, my first sessions with clients begin by establishing rapport, understanding my client's needs and goals, and creating a safe space for them to share their feelings and experiences openly. I want my clients to feel heard and supported, and to understand that I am there to honor their choices as they pursue a healthier life.
