Great to meet you!

As a board certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am an advocate for mental health and it's importance in establishing a positive and productive life. Seeking help can be one of the most difficult steps, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been working with children, teens, and parents in various settings for over 20 years and prioritize a solution focused philosophy with my clients.

My approach to therapy

We are all unique and bring different experiences to our story, which needs an individualized approach to care. Once we begin the therapeutic journey, we will act as partners in your development and process. Open and honest communication is a priority for me and I want you to feel valued and heard in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always begin with a 'Get to Know You' session, where you will have an opportunity to share your story and discuss what you hope to achieve in therapy. I want to create a warm, welcoming environment that promotes safety and comfort while sharing. We will work as a team in the following sessions to make your goals a reality.
