Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and I specialize in helping adults navigate substance use, recovery, and the emotional weight that often comes with it. I also hold my MPC and bring a broad counseling background to clients facing anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My goal is always to be a steady, non-judgmental presence as you work toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I meet clients where they are — no pressure, no judgment. I draw on evidence-based approaches to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical skills to move forward. Whether we're working on addiction recovery or navigating a difficult season of life, I believe real change happens when you feel genuinely understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know you. I'll ask about what's brought you to therapy, what your goals are, and what's worked — or hasn't — in the past. I want you to leave that first conversation feeling heard and a little more hopeful about what's ahead. I also value expressive creative therapy. See some of my creations at my webpage:
