Great to meet you!

Feeling lost in the chaos of life? Struggling with bipolar, BPD, DID, or the tough stuff most therapists won’t touch?Well, you’ve come to the right place. Kick off your shoes, relax your feet—let’s get real and talk about ‘What’s tea?’Therapy isn’t just venting—I’m not here for small talk. I have a laid-back vibe, but make no mistake—I’m here to challenge you and help you grow. No clichés, no endless “How does that make you feel?” My behavioral approachhelps you break cycles, not just talk about them. If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to help you reclaim control and transform—because you matter too.

Hi, My name is John’Neiska "JoJo" Williams and I am a licensed professional counselor in the states TX and LA, I can assure therapy with me is never a cliche.

My approach to therapy

I have strengths in multiple areas of counseling and value myself as an eclectic clinician who pulls from many modalities. I like to approach therapy from a humanistic, holistic, person-centered form of therapy. Those include Gestalt, Narrative, and Prolonged Exposure Therapies that have experience with and use that have been successful at best serving my clients.

What you can expect from me

With me, you can expect to explore your needs, wants, goals, and expectations of therapy. We will talk about your past experiences with therapy and what made you consider therapy as the best option for you. I like to also let clients know therapy with me, you will work collaboratively with me and remain autonomous. I will explain my theoretical approaches to therapy just to make sure you are comfortable with some of the tasks such as interventions, psychoeducation, and homework I may ask of you.
