Great to meet you!
I'm a clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and over a decade of experience working across hospital, outpatient, and academic settings. I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD and attention difficulties, family conflict, relationship stress, grief, OCD and intrusive thoughts, anger, sleep problems, and the burnout that comes from relentless work and life pressure.
I completed APA-accredited training, including a residency at a state hospital and a postdoctoral fellowship in specialized psychological assessment, and I currently teach psychology at the graduate level — which means I bring both deep clinical grounding and current research into every session. I'm also a PSYPACT provider, licensed to see clients virtually across 42 states.
When meaningful to you, I welcome bringing questions of faith, spirituality, and cultural identity into our work — that integration is part of my own training and something I take seriously.
