Great to meet you!

I'm a clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) and over a decade of experience working across hospital, outpatient, and academic settings. I work with teenagers and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD and attention difficulties, family conflict, relationship stress, grief, OCD and intrusive thoughts, anger, sleep problems, and the burnout that comes from relentless work and life pressure.

I completed APA-accredited training, including a residency at a state hospital and a postdoctoral fellowship in specialized psychological assessment, and I currently teach psychology at the graduate level — which means I bring both deep clinical grounding and current research into every session. I'm also a PSYPACT provider, licensed to see clients virtually across 42 states.

When meaningful to you, I welcome bringing questions of faith, spirituality, and cultural identity into our work — that integration is part of my own training and something I take seriously.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct and honest - I'll reflect back what I observe, help you name the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and give you practical tools to change them. I draw on evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioral approaches and trauma-informed frameworks, adapted to fit your goals. I also work from a culturally sensitive perspective and, when it's meaningful to you, can weave in questions of spirituality or faith. Expect me to be engaged, clear, and candid.

What you can expect from me

When we first meet, I want to understand your full story - what brought you here and what you want life to look like on the other side. We'll set realistic goals, track real progress, and I'll be honest with you when something isn't working. My goal is that you leave each session with more clarity and better tools than when you walked in.
