Great to meet you!

Our process helps individuals and families identify the challenges they face, goals to be reached and develop positive change and support they need to achieve their desired outcomes. We work with clients one-on-one in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore their feelings, beliefs and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons, from coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge.

Individual therapy (sometimes called counseling) is a process that helps individuals identify the challenges they face, goals for positive change and support they need to achieve their desired outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of their lives that they would like to change, better understand themselves and others, set personal goals and work toward desired change.
