Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I get the opportunity to use my education and experience to help people from so many walks of life. I have a decade of experience working across settings such as community outpatient clinics, hospitals, primary care, and private practice. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment problems, PTSD, and insomnia. I look forward to working with you!

My approach to therapy

I specialized in research-support cognitive-behavioral interventions. I believe that therapy works best when it is client-centered and flexible, with therapist and client working together to help each client reach their unique goals. My intention is to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for each person I work with.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will work together to establish your current concerns and goals, along with any relevant historical information. My objective in the first appointment is to help each person feel comfortable and set expectations for what therapy will look like moving forward.
